"I didn’t expect these brownies to..."
I didn’t expect these brownies to be this good, but they were super fresh and really fudgy. Like, the kind of fudgy where they stick to the fork a little, taste homemade, and make you go back for another piece even if you said you were done. They were rich without being too much, soft in the middle, and just really satisfying, great with coffee, milk, ice cream, or just straight out of the box.

"Shipping felt solid overall"
I ordered from browniepointsinc.com the shipping was reliable. I don’t know, it just felt like everything was handled well, the tracking kept updating and the box showed up when they said it would.
I’m giving 4 stars because it came late in the day, and I had that annoying feeling of waiting around forever. But everything arrived safe, nothing was damaged, and overall I felt good about it.

"Freshness was sorta hit or miss"
The brownies tasted okay overall, but they weren’t quite as fresh as I was expecting. Some pieces were nice and soft, while a couple were sorta dry. Not bad by any means, just a average experience for me.

The packaging looked really nice and just felt thoughtfully done right away. It was packed so cute, and my first reaction was that someone actually cared about the little details.

"Tasty brownies, shipping’s the only culprit"
I ordered these once for a small party, the brownies were fresh and really good. Everyone seemed to enjoy them, so no complaints there. The price felt fair too, but I’m blaming the shipping a little because it could definitely be cheaper.

"Delivery was okay, but nobody seemed to own the updates"
I ordered from browniepointsinc.com and the delivery was just kind of average. It wasn’t horribly late, but it did take a few days longer than I expected. The brownies arrived fine in the end, so no issue there, but the shipping updates were vague. What bothered me most was that it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for keeping me updated, the shop, the carrier, or someone else. Just felt like nobody really owned that part of the process

"Took a while to hear back"
I had to send a couple emails before anyone finally replied. At first I thought maybe they were just busy, but then the response I got was short and didn’t really solve what I asked about. It wasn’t terrible, or actually, it was more frustrating than terrible, but the support definitely could’ve been better.

"So many damn brownie flavors to choose from"
I seriously loved how many flavors they had. I grabbed a mix box, and thank god it wasn’t just the same brownie with some lazy topping slapped on like a total cop-out. Every one actually tasted different. The caramel and raspberry ones were stupid good and definitely my favorites. I’m absolutely ordering again.

"Not really gift-worthy"
I was hoping this would feel a little more special when it arrived, but it looked plain. Not terrible or anything, WAIT, actually I was kind of disappointed when I pictured giving it as a gift. It just didn’t have that nice “wow” factor I expected.
